Abstract
Hydraulic expander adopts the principle of force-increasing mechanism, which has the most powerful functions of expanding, pulling and tearing in emergency rescue, and can still carry out emergency rescue work under high load. In this paper, based on a certain type of hydraulic expander, the kinematic closed-loop vector model is established, and the simplified simulation model of the expander is established in the virtual prototype ADAMS. The virtual experiment results show that the motion acceleration of the dilator is small and changes smoothly, and it has good dynamic performance.
