Abstract
Because the traditional sensors in PMSM may result in abnormal operation of the entire system, which may affect its reliability, safety, and stability. In this paper, we present the technology for controlling a three-phase PMSM position sensorless system, based on research and analysis. The dq-shaft PMSM mathematical model is first constructed. The fundamental ideas behind SVPWM and vector control are explained. The technique of injecting pulsed high-frequency voltage is investigated, and the response current of PMSM in the high-frequency injection process is calculated. The pulse vibration high-frequency voltage injection-based PMSM sensorless control system block diagram is constructed, and simulation study is conducted. The experimental findings confirm the viability of the control technique in this study since the system has a quick reaction time, high anti-interference ability, and stable operation.
