Abstract
WSN system can effectively meet the application of monitoring in terms of CNC status and structural health, but it is difficult to solve the problem of large power consumption. In this paper, we propose an optimization method that combines the cluster head selection strategy with the node dormancy strategy by modeling the energy consumption of CNC machine information in transmission. And it is demonstrated through simulation experiments that the proposed strategy survives more nodes after a certain number of iterations compared with the single use of cluster head selection strategy and node dormancy strategy. It is shown that it has the effect of saving node energy consumption, extending sensor lifetime and reducing production cost.
