Abstract
Aiming at the reflection loss caused by wide angle oblique incidence in long wave infrared band, based on the equivalent medium theory, a design method of anti-reflection micro-pyramid array structure with large field of view and wide band is proposed and the finite difference time domain method is used for numerical simulation. The simulation results show that keeping the microstructure height of 1μm constant, the average transmittance of the micro pyramid array structure with a width of 2.0 𝜇m at the long-wave infrared band reaches 94%, When the incident angle is 75°. In addition, keeping the bottom width of 2 𝜇 unchanged to further optimize microstructure height, the simulation results show that the micro-pyramid array structure with a height of 0.8 𝜇m has the best long wave infrared antireflection characteristics. The reflectivity reaches the minimum value is 6% at the wavelength of 8 𝜇m. The large field of view and wide band antireflection micro-pyramid array structure designed in this paper provides a new design idea and theoretical support for the application of long wave infrared optical elements.
