Abstract
In today's society, video camera system is an important support for community management and has an important position. In recent years, with the continuous development of big data technology and video image data processing technology, on the basis of obtaining clear video images, it should be constantly combined with cutting-edge technology to provide multidimensional information in the process of obtaining video images or 3D reconstruction of specific scenes for review and analysis. However, the traditional method is inefficient, and the equipment used is large and expensive, which is not conducive to popularization. Therefore, in this paper, I design and develop a Raspberry Pi handheld depth camera, which can obtain the depth and color information of objects, and the price is appropriate, and is small enough for staff to carry with them, so that they can efficiently complete the task of information gathering with quality assurance in the small space environment[1], which is conducive to the construction and development of "Intelligent Community management" system.
