Abstract
As the incidence of type 2 diabetes increases and tends to be younger, the probability of complications caused by it is also increasing, and people's healthy and safe lives are seriously affected. In this paper, based on 200 cases of data from the National Population Health Science Data Center's "Shared Cup Version_Diabetes Complication Early Warning Data set", we conducted preliminary screening, feature extraction, and selected three data indicator variables of blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids for the study; constructed LSTM models, trained and tested the processed data, and then evaluated and tested the model prediction effect using confusion matrix and ROC curve test. After the model evaluation and testing, the prediction results were as follows: blood pressure: accuracy: 82.50%, precision: 92.00%, recall: 82.14% and F1: 86.79%; blood glucose: accuracy: 77.50%, precision: 86.21%, recall: 83.33% and F1: 84.75%; blood lipid: accuracy: 82.50%, precision: 93.75%, recall: 85.71% and F1: 89.55%. The model prediction effect of this experiment is obvious. The analysis and prediction of medical type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease by establishing LSTM model provides a practical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease, thus better reducing the disease risk of cardiac function.
