Abstract
In the braking system of commercial vehicles, electronic braking system (EBS) has the advantages of accurate braking demand response, fast braking response time and reasonable braking force distribution, and has been widely used. In EBS, the braking force is usually completed by the electronic control pressure regulator. As the core component of the electronic control pressure regulator, the performance of the pressure regulator directly affects the overall performance of EBS, so it is very important. This paper describes the braking force regulation principle of EBS system and the working principle of pressure regulating valve. The structure of pressure regulating valve is analyzed, and the application of pressure regulating valve in EBS is expounded.
