Abstract
In the actual use of embedded devices, the communication board needs online debugging, program loading, version upgrading and so on. This paper designs a program loading and upgrading system based on serial port. Through the tight coupling of DSP module and FPGA module, the serial port program is guided, and the system initialization and online writing function are realized in the communication terminal. This paper lists in detail the system configuration environment, software design flow, system verification simulation test process. The experimental results show that this design can optimize the function performance of embedded devices with high integration and difficulty in disassembly, shorten the time of equipment outfield program upgrade, and support the wired remote on-line status detection of multiple devices in complex electromagnetic environment. The design has strong reliability and effectiveness, not only improves the work efficiency, but also reduces the maintenance cost of the system, and has strong practicability.
