Abstract
Firstly, through the analysis and introduction of the ship electric propulsion system, the superior performance of the electric propulsion system is explained, and the problem of harmonic pollution in the electric propulsion system cannot be ignored. Secondly, a variety of harmonic control methods are studied and analyzed from the basic problem of harmonics, among which shunt active power filter is a good method. Then MATLAB/Simulink is used to build a shunt active power filter model based on the ship electric propulsion system, and its effectiveness is verified. Finally, it is proposed that the shunt active power filter can suppress the harmonic interference well and make the Marine electrical equipment run normally.
