Abstract
In order to solve the problem of high efficiency manufacturing and delivery of large-scale low earth orbit (LEO) constellation satellites, firstly, through investigation and analysis of the system composition, large-scale manufacturing solutions, and advanced manufacturing technology applications of typical LEO constellations such as GlobalStar, Iridium and OneWeb. On this basis, the key technologies involved in the large-scale manufacturing of LEO constellations, such as design for manufacturability, efficient testing and verification, additive manufacturing, virtual reality/augmented reality, and digital twin, were summarized. Finally, development suggestions for the large-scale manufacturing technology of LEO constellations were proposed from aspects such as innovating satellite design modes and methods, optimizing development processes and enhancing production capacity, building a satellite mass production quality control system and strengthening cost control at all levels
