Abstract
Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) is a new nondestructive testing technology, which can detect and predict the physical and chemical properties and mechanics of materials quickly and accurately. This paper takes the key development technology of portable near-infrared spectrometer as the starting point, takes the cross-linked polyethylene cable insulation layer as the research object, carries out research on the difference of the spectrum of cable insulation layer, studies the influence of the characteristic factors based on the cable insulation layer on the consistency of the nearinfrared spectrum diagram, and builds a suitable spectrum acquisition method. It will provide a foundation for the research and application of near infrared spectrometer for cable insulation materials.
