Abstract
With the continuous development of the economy and the access of clean energy, the load structure of the distribution network has seen large changes, and accurate load forecast and power balance have a significant impact on the distribution network planning. In this paper, multiple load forecasts are made from conventional load, 5G base station, electric vehicle charging, etc., and the elastic balance calculation method of distribution network based on the balance of supply and demand is proposed to scientifically guide the capacity of substations and the initial number of substations to be arranged in the planning year. Example analysis proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the methodology.
