Abstract
In order to mitigate safety incidents stemming from human errors during the operation of terminal block covers, a node was devised as a terminal block cover abnormal position detection device, with a Bluetooth chip serving as its central component. To minimize power consumption, a mercury switch sensor was employed for passive triggering. Moreover, three operational modes were devised for the detection device node: idle mode, heartbeat mode, and trigger mode, with the primary goal of reducing energy consumption in wireless communication while satisfying low-power design constraints when powered by a button cell battery. Furthermore, the device's longevity was forecasted based on established parameters, and validation experiments were conducted on the detection device, relay gateway, and display platform.
