Abstract
In response to the problem of large errors in partial discharge detection data caused by loose fitting of partial discharge sensors on high level tanks in substation GIS, an intelligent perception based auxiliary mechanical arm for partial discharge live detection is designed. Based on a 2 degree of freedom lightweight mechanical arm, partial discharge detection and pressure detection sensors are installed on the surface of the mechanical arm. Based on pressure perception, the partial discharge sensors are accurately and effectively pressed onto the surface of GIS tanks, Ensure the accuracy of partial discharge detection results and fundamentally improve the defect detection rate of substation partial discharge live detection. The auxiliary robotic arm has been piloted and applied in the 220kV Fangshan substation in Heze, and all functions have achieved the expected goals, which has engineering practical significance.
