Abstract
In this paper, a novel Zinc-tetraamino-phthalocyanine (ZnTAPc) sensitized graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) photocatalyst was successfully prepared for the degradation of pollutant, and the catalyst was analyzed by XRD and SEM. ZnTAPc and g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst (ZnTAPc/g-C3N4) broadens the absorption capacity of visible light, effectively enhances the charge transport, improves the photocatalytic performance. Using Rhodamine B (RhB) and Methylene blue (MB) as a model pollutant to evaluated the catalytic ability of catalyst. ZnTAPc/g-C3N4 showed excellent RhB and MB degradation performance under visible light. Therefore, this work proposes a green and effective photocatalyst for pollutant treatment.
