Abstract
The laser HNDT tire machines that had been made have the following problems:

Machines have a test blind area. The tire can only be checked by expanding the extent of the tire. One tire which needs checking up must at least be divided into 3-12 parts, each of which needs one double exposure. They have much handworks. The machine does not work continually.

The new machine S-JQL-1500II MODEL LASER TIRE ANALYZER is made of an all new laser interferometry. It can not only check up the all-round quality of the tire by only one double exposure, but also has no test blind area. It needs no expanding of tire. The mechanical hands are designed to load or unload a tire in the machine. The computer is controlling all mechanical working automatically. The smallest defect in a tire that the machine had tested is one millimetre. The above features are original.

This article introduces the principle, features, uses, simple construction, and actual effect of the machine.
