Abstract
Radio-optical devices including laser sources and angled analyzers (AA), containing optical- electronic receivers and transducers (T) in the form of resonance angled filter (RAF), confirm to the greatest extent the dynamic range and precision (of the order of 5' and over) of these devices. Transducers are necessary for converting an optical signal into an electric one. The application of the RAF offers a possibility to fix the direction of the deviation of the surfaces being measured with respect to the basic surfaces (BS), lowers the demand in the optical system alignment precision before the beginning of the measurements, and secures high vibration proof means.
