Abstract
As mentioned in [11 , frequency mesurement in millimeter and submillimeterelectromagnetic wave bands seems is not very simple , because specialprecision mechanical and quazyoptical devices needs for. Moreover, that is dtfficultto get acceptable and equal accurancy in frequency measurement for bothsignals in millimeter and submillimeter band by this way.One of ways to fight thisdifficulties is designing of Wide-band frequencymeter using Josephson Junctionsas sensor element.
