Abstract
The results of an investigation of a holographic gratings recording, created by a ruby Q- switched laser radiation, at bilayers photothermoplastics with an inorganic semiconductor layer have been shown. Dependences of diffraction efficiency from recording conditions: the temperature, the corona electrode potential, the charge duration, and delay of the switch of an exposure relative to beginning of charge have been studied. The value of photosensibility, which was 3 102 m2/J, and maximal intensities ratio of the interferencing beams, which was 1:7000, have been determined from the exposure and contrast characteristics.
