Abstract
The development of the figures of merit of the Time-Resolved Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectrometry (TRELIBS) (number of measured metal elements, accuracy, linearity, dynamic range and detection limits) by time-resolved optical atomic emission studies of the laser-induced microplasmas for quantitative elemental analysis have been presented.
