Abstract

Health monitoring of composite materials would give improved durability and safety of composite structures. Much effort has been performed in the past to obtain information on the health of e.g. aircraft structures. However, it can yet not be foreseen which monitoring technology will be used. This paper will give an overview on same selected technologies available, with a special emphasis on electrical methods.
