Longitudinal and transversal piezoresistance has been calculated using the methods of anisotropic scattering theory in wide range of elastic uniaxial pressures, P (parallel)[001], P < 3.0 GPa. Band crossover of L1 and (Delta) 1 minima corresponds to the pressure P approximately equals 2.1 GPa. Different intervalley scattering mechanisms have been considered. Good agreement between experimental data and theoretical results allows us to draw up the conclusion about the importance of different mechanisms of intervalley scattering, as well as to define some characteristics of (Delta) 1 minima of Germanium.
