Abstract
The processes of scattering and radiation when relativistic electron falls towards to a long bunch of relativistic particles under a small angle to its axis are considered. The analogy between these processes and the processes of scattering and radiation by relativistic electron in the field of an atomic string in a crystal falling under small angle to the crystal axis is considered. Similar features and distinctions of these processes are pointed out.
