Abstract
Results of farther investigation of three mirror diode lasers operated at active mode-locking are presented in this paper. The maximum value of intermode frequency stability is 5.92×10-14 (average time 10 sec.) at stability of pumping microwave oscillator equals to 4×10-14. It was obtained that main factor has affected intermode beat stability is frequency pulling effect.
