Abstract
This paper mainly studied the video streaming transimission in 802.11b/e wireless network and proposed two methods of quality assessment: one is objective quality assessment method based on PSNR and the other is the method based on the decodable frame ratio model. In order to analyze the effect of transmission, this paper building simulation model in ns2 and verify the performance of video streaming transimission in wireless networks. The method of the simulation analysis provides the beneficial reference for the wireless network of more effectively in multimedia data transmission.
