Abstract

As one of the most classical decision tree classification algorithms, C4.5 algorithm has a wide range of applications because of its many advantages. This paper first introduces the basic theory and processing flow of C4.5 algorithm, and then takes an online store operating computers as an example. After preprocessing its transaction data, C4.5 algorithm is used to analyze the purchase of customers in the online store, so as to obtain detailed classification rules and realize the accurate classification of customer groups, it provides a theoretical basis for the determination of personalized marketing and precision service scheme in the next step.
