With the development of society and the progress of technology, the relationship between enterprises and suppliers has changed from a simple sales relationship to a more complex and deep-seated relationship structure. This paper aims to study the ordering and transportation of raw materials in production enterprises, the supply-demand relationship between suppliers and enterprises and various costs incurred by enterprises in the process of transportation, so as to facilitate the selection of reliable suppliers and forwarders and ensure low transportation loss rate, which has important commercial value. Firstly, this paper analyzes and excavates the supply characteristics of suppliers, quantitatively analyzes the total supply, stability, deviation rate, change rate and supply potential, comprehensively evaluates the weight of indicators through Analytic Hierarchy Process, principal component analysis and entropy weight method, establishes supplier evaluation model, and determines the 50 most important suppliers on this basis. According to the prediction results, the evaluation and analysis are carried out, and finally a good implementation effect is obtained. The analysis shows that the model is reasonable and practical.
