Course Instructor
SC684: Logic-based Nonlinear Image Processing
This course takes novel image processing methods based in mathematical morphology and transfers them from the language of mathematics and set theory to the language of digital electronics. It will show how optimum image processing operators may be designed using a combination of Boolean Algebra and statistics. It will demonstrate how these methods may be implemented directly in digital electronics.
