A secondary imaging convergence system is designed for a cooled infrared optical system with a thermal radiation suppression stop. The thermal radiation suppression stop is designed and optimized for its shape and position to achieve the purpose of suppressing the external stray radiation of the system. And stray light analysis shows that this thermal radiation suppression stop can reduce the total stray radiation to 8.8%
