Profile Summary

Vittorio Memmolo is PhD student at Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, from which he received his Master Degree cum laude and Acedemic Committee Honors in Aerospace Engineering in 2014. Since this time, he worked in the field of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). He is currently investigating different aspects of propagating wave SHM in composites, including interaction with delamination, tomographic approaches and statistical quantification of damage identification systems. Some results of his early research, obtained through measurements and simulations, are already published in international journals and proceedings.
